F2F Needs YOU!

F2F NEEDS YOU! Over the last several months F2F has worked at spreading the word of the festival far and wide through our newly developed social media campaign, and as such we have high hopes for a crowd that will exceed last year's record. Our goal is to reach more than 1,000 participants at the 2013 Festival, and as such we need you, the vendors and/or exhibitors to be present to contribute to our growing audience!

Our expected growth is in part attributed to the offering of live entertainment on Saturday, July 20 with Heath and Molly preforming two live sets in the early afternoon and mid day of the festival activities as well as a combination of more than 4 live demonstrations taking place on the central festival grounds.

But we need your help - we need you to be represented as a part of the festival - your exhibits, your expertise, your products, and your services - WE NEED YOU. In anticipation of a greater number of vendors and exhibitors this year, we've divided our festival grounds a little differently than last year to accommodate an increased number of livestock producers, as well as relocated our live demonstrations tent and added a live entertainment tent along the main driveway. But, we still have plenty of room for your booth! Won't you consider joining us for 2013 on Saturday, July 20.

Your application is due by June 1! For more information, call (859) 925-9936.

From a F2F Festival's Workshop Participant's Point of View

By now, many of our followers have heard the news about Field to Fork Festival and its workshops, vendors, exhibitors, demonstrations, and more; but what is it really like to attend F2F at Halcomb's Knob Farm in southern Garrard County.

Thanks to Jonathan Combs, who writes his own blog, here's his article on the 2012 F2F. And I might add both Jonathan and his wife, Andrea were the first to register for the 2013 workshops!

A note to Jonathan and Andrea, yes, our facilities have grown even larger this year with more opportunities to experience first-hand sustainable agriculture!
